Shipping and Returns
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once orders are processed, items are usually shipped the next business day.
You're So Baby will provide a verification email with your package tracking information once your order has been fulfilled processed.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable. Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery information.
You're So Baby cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. When the package is delivered, (defined as but not limited to; signed for, directly hand delivered, left at door, mailroom, front desk or management office) the package and its contents is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns On Sale Items
Sale items may not be returned nor exchanged and are final sale. Some items may not be in perfect condition nor as exactly pictured, so please contact us if you would like more details before purchasing.
Order Changes And Cancellation
You're So Baby is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
All sale items, special orders, artwork, and accessories including belts, handbags, jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, swimwear, hats and intimates are not eligible for a refund and are final sale.
Returns On Original ArtworkOriginal artwork must be received, in perfect condition, back to You're So Baby within 14 days of order date. All returns of original artwork will incur a 10% restocking fee. Delivery and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please follow return instructions above.
Returns On Special Orders
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. The customer is required to pay in full when placing a special order.
